Normally the shipping time for orders that are sent in one package is 2 to 4 days. It is important to note that it is 2 to 4 working days. This means that if you order on Friday or before a public holiday, you have to expect small delays. What we unfortunately have no influence on is what happens to your order at the post office. When ordering via computer, after entering your address, a "Gift card or discount code" field will appear where you can type in your discount code. When ordering via mobile phone, also after entering the address, click on "Show order summary" to enter your discount code.

We are all human and mistakes happen. But of course we will exchange the wrong product immediately and apologize for the error.
