I have just ordered something from 3UUTTII, when can I expect the order to arrive?"Normally the shipping time for orders that are sent in one package is 2 to 4 days. It is important to note that it is 2 to 4 working days. This means that if you order on Friday or before a public holiday, you have to expect small delays. What we unfortunately have no influence on is what happens to your order at the post office. Orders may arrive a few days late for some reason.
I want to redeem a voucher code, how do I do that?"When ordering via computer, after entering your address, a "Gift card or discount code" field will appear where you can type in your discount code. When ordering via mobile phone, also after entering the address, click on "Show order summary" to enter your discount code.
I was mistakenly sent a different product than what I ordered."We are all human and mistakes happen. But of course we will exchange the wrong product immediately and apologize for the error. We ask you to return the wrong product to us (Luca Buttazzo, Birchrainstrasse 5, 8426 Lufingen). It is very important that you include your order number and your name on a note when returning the item so that we can identify the order. With the correct delivery, you will be sent a new invoice deducting your return shipping costs. Please inform us about the situation on email@example.com first.
The product I received contains errors or defects, what can I do?"We always try to sort out production errors before shipping, but it can happen that errors go unnoticed and defective products are sent anyway. Please report this immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org, ideally with a photo of the defective product. Your defective product will be replaced immediately and free of charge.
I don't like the size or the color, can I exchange products?"Yes, you can. You have the right to exchange any products within 7 days of placing your order by returning the product(s) received to us and we will send you the desired products again. However, it must be noted that the entire shipping costs must be borne by you. Please contact our email@example.com directly and explain your request.
