SHIPPING & RETURNS

Every buyer has the right to return the items he has received to 3UUTTII within 7 days (due date: receipt of the goods).

For returns and exchanges, the items must be returned in a hygienically perfect condition, otherwise the right to exchange or return is forfeited.

In the case of returns, the buyer will be charged the shipping costs incurred by 3UUTTII or deducted from the refund amount (also in the case of free shipping of the order).

The return costs must be borne by the buyer.
